Has a dirty bomb smuggled into the Finnish capital? Nobody knows. What is certain though: it came with the wind from the east or southeast and it is not the result of a nuclear explosion. I talked about this mysterious stuff on Belgian national radio yesterday. It happened to be a leaking small metal capsule with radioactive waste of the Finns themselves.
